The small print for ordering from Tato Tifin.

Orders

Orders are prepared fresh after you place them. You can order as a guest or with an account. Once an order is placed, its status is available through your tracking link or My Orders page.

Delivery

We only deliver within our service area. The delivery fee is calculated from your delivery location and shown before you confirm. Estimated arrival times are estimates in good faith, not guarantees.

Payments

Payment is cash on delivery. We don't process online payments yet; eSewa and Fonepay payments are coming soon.

Cancellations

Once the kitchen starts preparing your order it can't be cancelled online. For anything wrong with an order, contact us through our contact page with your order number and we'll make it right.
